Do you want to satisfy your curiosity about living a yoga lifestyle?
Are you searching for a space to deepen your own practice by immersing yourself in yoga asana and culture?
Have you thought about starting a career in yoga teaching?
Would you like to confidently share your love of yoga with friends?
If you answered yes to any of the above, this course is for you!
Taught by Muni who is committed to presenting a top-quality training, you will learn everything you need to know in order to teach a regular yoga class—from asanas and sequencing to class management and marketing skills.
You will also delve into bhakti-yoga history and philosophy with Sruti, explore pranayama and subtle body science with Tulavati and learn and practice mantra meditation and kirtana with Bala and Ananda.
Although yoga teacher training courses are extremely popular, many modern yoga schools do not have much genuine yoga knowledge to offer their students. Our teachers are all fully practicing bhakti yogis and demonstrate the full depth and beauty of yoga practice in their daily lives. We are proud to present an authentic yoga tradition taught by authentic yoga practitioners.
We will teach the 200 hours in a combination of a week-long residential retreat at our beautiful nature recharge centre and a series of “three day weekends” (i.e. Friday, Saturday, Sunday) at Vital Yoga.
The course will be registered with the Yoga Alliance, an international body that maintains high standards for yoga teacher training courses. This means that, on completion, you can register with Yoga Alliance and receive an internationally recognised qualification.
